To improve drivability, harley engineers kept valve timings very conservative. Engine vib goes through whole bike shakes feet of pegs. I fixed that and still feel the vibration.
I Dont Think You Can Really Get An Evo Soft Tail To Stop Vibrating.
I have ridden a few and they do vibrate like you say where your feet will vibrate off the boards. But a stone cold reliable engine doesn't exact. Check the front motor mount to make sure the elastomer has not.
